I say shoot me, because I am sure I have lost all my few followers. I have had a rather exciting year and I'm doing a terrible job at keeping everyone posted on what's happening. But I do promise to try and keep you in the loop from now on.
Well if you haven't already heard, I've met a very nice guy. His name is Jeremy and we have recently moved in together. This is awesome! He is a wonderful guy and I feel totally great about making this type of commitment to him. We found a nice two bedroom condo that we are leasing. I really wanted a two bedroom so that I could use one bedroom as an office. It works perfect because we kept Jeremy's bed and it is in the office, so we now have a guest room too. Speaking of offices, my job is going well. I feel like I am learning more and more about my role, and I am enjoying it more each week. I find my work challenging, as well as rewarding.
So basically I'm happy. I have a great guy in my life. I have met some of his family and I have fallen in love with his two nephews. Oh and my two little nieces have fallen for him as well. They can't seem to get enough of him when he visits. But enough about him, I have also been travelling a lot lately with work. I was just in Calgary for a few days at the beginning of Oct. I had a nice visit with Dallas and Shannelle and Vida. Once I got home from Calgary I went to Thunder Bay for four days. I arrived home Friday night and then Jeremy and I went to Brandon the next morning to spend Thanksgiving with my family. This is one of my favourite holidays. I love turkey, and stuffing and pumpkin pie. Plus I love fall and Halloween and of course my birthday. Speaking of my birthday, if you haven't heard I'm turning 30 next week. I am excited because I am having a great big party at mom's house next Saturday. I am having a pig roast with all my friends and family. I am extremely excited about some international guests arriving soon. My friend Diana from Melbourne Australia is arriving on Monday. She is one of the sisters that I lived with for three months. I am so excited to see her, I'm vibrating inside. Just yesterday I was thinking about her and realized that on Monday when she arrives it will be two years exactly since we met in Melbourne at Corrin's birthday party in the park. And if that wasn't enough excitement I'm also getting a visit from another overseas friend. Bobbi's friend Scott from England is coming for my party as well. He arrives on Wednesday afternoon and is here for a week, this will be his third time visiting us. Also on Wednesday morning Staci from Nova Scotia arrives. I feel so honored and lucky that so many people are coming to celebrate with me.
Well I will keep you up to date on Diana, Scott, and Staci's arrival and our activities. We have some super interesting stuff planned.
Until next time,
Cindy
