Update

Well, so far so good. I have lost 3.6 lbs in the last 5 days. I don't think it is a huge acomplishment but I am not being discouraged. I struggle with eating what I am supposed to but I am trying my best. I sometimes feel like I couldn't possibly eat anymore and other times I feel so hungry and unsatisfied. I also find I want bigger portions, mostly of just veggies. But all in all I am doing well. I know when I started eating out I will have some more difficulties. I am hoping I can have that worked out before I go to Calgary for the hair show.
I know this is a short update, but it is all I have for ya.

Of course it is an accomplishment. they say up to 2 pounds a week, this will help you keep it off. Losing it in a healthy slow way will ensure that you won't put the weight back on. I can't wait to get back to the gym!

Proud of you Cin! takes a lot of courage to expose your self but asking for support is the best thing.
