Hey Everyone,
Well, I am still jobless. I handed out resumes for two days and have not received one phone call yet. I am going to go back to the shopping centre to hand out a few more. I will also go to a few other little shopping districts and see what I can find. I am wondering if I should move on since I am having trouble getting a job. I have decided to give it one more week and then I will decide to stay or go. It feels kinda useless to stay in one spot if I'm not working. I like having a place to call home though. Yesterday I took the day off from looking and just stayed in. I cleaned the house and watched more 24.
Yesterday I spoke with my cousin on the phone and a few friends. It was nice to hear a familiar voice. Every time someone tells me about the weather being cold I am thankful I am here. But I do know it won't feel like Christmas at all without snow. It is still cool here, but everyday seems to be warmer. I am still wearing my little sweaters most places I go, but I am sure that will change soon.
Well that is my little update.

I'm so excited. I've never been on a blog in my life. Now I know what your up to. Sounds like you have met some nice people and like your place. Don't worry about getting a job. You've only been there for a short time. You are an absolutely lovely person with a ton of skill sets so don't despair!
I'm officially retired on Nov. 27th. I just can't believe it but I'm sure happy about it. I'll have lots of time to chat with you and learn how to use this laptop. My ancient, reliable computer crashed and it took me awhile to get the time to find another. Anyhow, I'm off to bed, it's 10:13 p.m. here. Not a bad day - went up to 16 celsius. Balmy!
